Yarra Valley Vintage 2017

Yarra Burn

Established in 1975, Yarra Burn was the first Yarra Valley winery to produce a sparkling wine. Today, fruit purity, elegance and texture characterise our sparkling wines.

Crafted from grapes in the cool climate of the Upper Yarra Valley, this wine is aged in tirage for two and a half years to achieve a balance between maturity and freshness. Blended from all three of the classic sparkling wine grape varieties, this wine is harmonious, sophisticated and refreshing. The inclusion of the relatively rare Pinot Meunier is pivotal to the wines plush and attractive palate structure.
